1. Core Gameplay is 100% Offline

Arrow Puzzle is fundamentally designed as an offline logic puzzle game. No account creation, login, or background profile tracking is required to enjoy the game.

We do not collect financial information, track precise geolocation, access your device contacts, or employ invasive behavioral advertising trackers.

2. Local Device Storage

The app uses sandboxed local device storage (AsyncStorage) solely to preserve your offline game progress (such as unlocked levels, completed level stars, high scores) and user preferences (such as sound effects, haptic feedback, skin selection, and language).

This data remains strictly on your personal device and is never synchronized to cloud servers without your consent. You can erase all local data at any time via the “Reset Progress” option in Settings or by clearing app data in your Android/iOS system settings.

3. Voluntary User Feedback & Diagnostics

Arrow Puzzle provides an optional in-app feedback tool (“Send Feedback”) so players can report bugs, suggest gameplay ideas, or reach out for support:

• Voluntary Details:Star rating (1–5), feedback category (e.g., Bug Report, Suggestion, Gameplay), your feedback message, and an optional email address (only if you wish to receive a direct reply).
• Technical Diagnostics: To help reproduce level-specific bugs, the feedback form sends non-sensitive diagnostic context: device operating system (Android/iOS), app version, and your current puzzle level number.
• Secure Transmission: All feedback is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection directly to our dedicated, secure feedback ingestion endpoint.
• Data Retention & Deletion: Feedback data is retained solely for customer support, debugging, and product improvements. We never sell, rent, or monetize your feedback. You may request immediate deletion of your submitted feedback at any time by contacting xram.works@gmail.com.

4. Permissions

Arrow Puzzle requests zero dangerous or sensitive Android permissions. The only system capabilities used are:

• Vibrate (Haptics): Provides tactile feedback when tapping arrows or making moves. Can be disabled anytime in Settings.
• Internet Access: Used only when you choose to submit the voluntary feedback form or tap external links (Privacy Policy / Terms).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Arrow Puzzle is suitable for a general audience and is family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal identifying information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The feedback form is purely optional and intended for general player inquiries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be hosted at this URL and accessible directly within the game settings.
